Blogging and Social media is all the hype these days with more and more brands and individuals using the web to promote themselves. The WebX convention was conceived as a platform to bring together all the top bloggers and social media experts each year to share their thoughts, stories and exchange ideas. Last year’s debut event turned out to be a huge success attracting more than 300 participants from across the country, including the top bloggers from Lahore and Karachi. While the first convention emphasized on already established bloggers and entrepreneurs, this year we are also going to highlight the up and coming digital startups and bloggers from far flung areas of the country. WebX 2.0 will be a two day extravaganza covering workshops on basics of blogging as well as advanced blogging tactics, interactive sessions featuring success stories by bloggers, social media experts and digital entrepreneurs as well as a tweetup session to close off the event. For the first time ever, we will also be presenting awards to the best startups and blogs of Pakistan to appreciate their work and highlight their achievements in past year.
